Keeping track of tablets, times, repeat prescriptions and changes from the doctor can be stressful, for you and for your family. Our carers can take care of it all, as part of their visits to your home.
We offer full medication support, from ordering and collecting your prescriptions to preparing and giving your medicines. Some people only need a gentle reminder, others need more help. Exactly what we do for you is agreed at your assessment and written into your care plan.
In their 2026 report, CQC inspectors said "medicines were stored, administered and recorded safely." Senior staff carry out regular checks, and we keep in close contact with GPs and other professionals when something changes.
With your consent, our managers can see recent GP notes and prescriptions in our electronic records. This helps us keep your care up to date when the doctor changes your medicines.
Your free assessment in your own home is where we talk through your medicines, how you manage now and what help you would like. Medication support can be booked on its own, or as part of a visit that also includes other help, such as personal care, dementia care or a companionship visit. Visits are a minimum of one hour.
We visit people in the villages around Sleaford, Billingborough, Heckington, Donington and Gosberton. Our Areas We Cover page lists them all.

No. We'll never send a stranger to your door. Any new carer is introduced to you by a carer you already know before they start visiting on their own.
Yes. If you can manage your own medicines with a prompt, that is what we will do. We always encourage you to stay as independent as you can.
Let us know, and we will update your care plan. We work closely with GPs, so changes can be picked up quickly.
