Personal care means help with the private, everyday things like washing, bathing, dressing and getting ready for the day. Our carers visit you in your own home, so you can keep living where you feel most comfortable.
We have been caring for people in their own homes since 2016, and we are rated Outstanding by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). In the 2026 CQC report, one person told inspectors that staff give them "respectful personal care, always observing my privacy and dignity."
We encourage you to do as much as you can for yourself. Your choices come first, from what to wear to how you want to spend your day.
Every new client starts with a free assessment in their own home. We talk with you, and your family if you wish, about your routines, what you can manage and where a little help would make a difference. From this we write a care plan together.
Our visits are a minimum of one hour. That gives carers time to help properly, at your pace, without rushing. You will see a regular team who get to know you, and you get a rota every fortnight, so you always know who is coming.
Many people also enjoy companionship and social visits, or help with medication and shopping and errands as part of their visits.
We'll never send a stranger to your door. Any new carer is introduced to you by a carer you already know before they start visiting on their own.
Our team is based in Billingborough, and we visit people across the villages around Sleaford, Billingborough, Heckington, Donington and Gosberton. See our Areas We Cover page to check your village.

No. We'll never send a stranger to your door. Any new carer is introduced to you by a carer you already know before they start visiting on their own.
We plan visit times with you at your assessment and shape them around your routine. Visits usually run between about 7am and 9pm. If your needs change, just let us know and we will look at your visits again.
We aim to send a regular team who know you well. New carers are introduced to you before they join your team, and if you are not happy with a carer, tell us and we will change them.
Yes, and it is completely understandable. Our carers are kind and discreet, and they protect your privacy and dignity at every visit. You stay in charge of how things are done.
