When getting to the shops or keeping up with appointments becomes harder, small jobs can start to pile up. Our carers can help with shopping and errands, so your cupboards stay stocked and everyday life keeps running smoothly.
Our carers can shop with you or for you, whichever you prefer. They pay using a company card, so no money or bank cards ever need to pass between you and your carer.
Getting out is good for you. A trip to the shops can be a chance for fresh air, a change of scene and a chat along the way. CQC inspectors noted that staff "supported them to travel to and attend appointments," and helped people stay involved in their local community.
We start with a free assessment in your own home to understand what you need and how you like things done. Then we agree a plan and regular visit times. Visits are a minimum of one hour, which gives time to get the job done without rushing.
Shopping and errands often fit well alongside other support, such as companionship and social visits, personal care or medication support.
We are a local team based in Billingborough, visiting the villages around Sleaford, Billingborough, Heckington, Donington and Gosberton. See our Areas We Cover page.
